Hello, welcome to this edition of Dr. Tami Talk. I'm Dr. Tami. I'm so happy you're here. Um, you'll have to forgive me. It's Saturday morning. It was a busy week y'all. I didn't get a podcast recorded in my usually scheduled week because there are things popping off, colabs, projects. Team members, like things are just like, woo, baby, so good, so good, so good. And I didn't want to like, you know, just not record a podcast this week. And we were late, you know, two weeks ago because holy moly, if this wasn't the hardest cold and flu season ever. And then I realized, you know, the reason why little Theo. Really got knocked, you know, like that kid got rocked this season was because it was his first, right, cold and flu season. It was his first fall and winter at school. We call it school'cause big goes to school. So, but y'all know this deal. You y'all know the deal. It's daycare, So I'm sitting here with my tea sitting here with you. I wanna talk about unboxing you for a minute. I got this idea earlier when I was messaging the beautiful souls inside of Stress Mastery Academy, and I realize this is. This is something that we need to do because unboxing you do y'all have like unboxing day at your house where like, okay, we've kind of accumulated too many boxes. Excuse me. Excuse me, we've accumulated too many boxes, I'm still getting over this cold. This has been an epic can even. There's still all these boxes, right? Like every once in a while you have to unboxing day and it's kind of fun. Cause you forget like what has been ordered. What is like, what's in here? It's kind of like a little game. Like, Oh, this is like, let's see what's what's here. I'm boxing day. Right. And I want to talk about unboxing you and me. Like I need this just as much as you do. Yeah. Like so on the journey with you. And there's so many layers to this exploration, this idea that we've been putting ourselves in a box. A nice, cute little tidy box and we think we're easier to like handle that way there. Like there are features of the brain that try to categorize and fi rank and file and like kind of, it helps the faking mind orient itself. So we get to, you know, rationalize and understand why we do it. And of course there's this tribal instinct, right? We wanna fit in. So we put ourselves in boxes because. We want to fit in with the other boxes, right? We see other people putting themselves on boxes and some of those boxes are rigid and tight. Some of those boxes are small. Some of those boxes are big, right? And it's interesting because here for a long time, I thought I was like unboxing myself and now I just realized I've been just getting a bigger box, which is fine. It might be how it actually starts. That, like you shed one box and you, and you get into another one, right? And every box becomes a new iteration of you, right? And eventually, eventually, maybe we have a chance of getting to the place of like fully becoming self realized. And we realized we were never meant to be in a box. And then we become self actualized and we step out of the box for good. And I'm not even sure where on the journey I am on that because you can't actually know the destiny, right? Like I have a sense of what the destination would look like and feel like to be fully self realized, to be fully self expressed, to be a full embodiment of something so much bigger than me. I have ideas, right? Of what that level of liberation And love and delight, right, to be like, right? So we, so we, so we work our way towards it. We head north. We head, like, that's the North Star. Like, we head north. We have an orientation. That we're heading toward and this is what's so interesting is like in moving from box to box to box is like my box is getting bigger y'all. Are you sensing it? Are you feeling it? I'd be feeling a big box and I feel like that box is getting so much bigger. Um, because it is. And sometimes as we, as we get into another box, like we almost feel like, Oh, this, this is probably the liberation point because I've had those moments where I was like, Oh my gosh, I've shed so much shame. I've said I've shed so many layers of the stories. I'm like, Oh, I feel free. I feel free. Like that identity was just so constricting. And now I have a new one. Oh my gosh, this is amazing. And then like you keep evolving and you keep growing and you're like, Oh wow, there's another level. There's another layer. I guess I was actually just in a much bigger box. I couldn't actually touch the perimeter of this, but like this box was so big. I didn't know I was in a box. That is major progress, right? And then you get bigger and you start to touch the confines of the box. And you're like, Oh wow, I'm still in another box. So interesting. The layers of the programming, the layers of the mind, how we've been imprinted, how we've been inhibited. And I'm on this journey, like the leg of the journey now, where I'm just so curious about how much more unboxing is there. And every time there's something to unbox, there's something more to find and discover. And it's so fun. Let it be fun. If this gets too serious, if this is like, Oh, fuck, another box. I mean, who wants to be on that journey? Some people are on that journey. I see a lot of self development, self evolutionary work done from that space. And I'm just no longer willing to play there. My journey of self evolution is not one of doom and gloom. I'm just not willing to go there, not anymore, right? That box, that box was so circa 2018, right? And we can't make ourselves wrong for the boxes that we're in. None of them are wrong. All of them make perfect sense. All of them make perfect sense. And they're all a little uncomfortable when we touch the edges of them and we're expanding beyond them. And then we want to double down on like, okay, what, who do I become to like shed this? But like, let's unbox this one because I'm sick. Cause this box is tight. Like I'm getting a crank in my neck. Right. I'm feeling a little discomfort in my low back. Sometimes the body manifests these things, actually, when we're on the journey of our next evolution. So interesting, right? Like, it's almost like the body literally feels like it's in a box. Tell me, I want to hear from you if you've had this experience. It's very interesting. I get this. I get, I get this. And I also, like, my TMJ will flare up when I'm, like, not continuing to evolve. Like, when I get a little stagnant, When I get stuck in an old identity, my lock job, my TMJ will flare up. It's fascinating. We are meant to continue to grow and evolve. And so I want to invite you to just like absolutely enjoy unboxing you. You are the gift. You are the present that this world needs for a reason. When you're unboxed, you unleash massive levels of what this world needs. When we're all on box, right? You see a, you see a person unboxing themselves and you see that level of like a liberation and energy and vitality that surges through them. It naturally invites you to your own liberation. It's like the massive permission slip like, Oh my gosh, that's possible. Oh my gosh, I used to see her like this and now I see her like that and like, Oh my gosh, it's possible. Do you know that in so many ways, just being an example of what's possible is the gift? As you liberate yourself, you liberate others. We're all entangled. We're all intertwined at like the subatomic level, right? At the level of protons, right? We are all Interconnected. And so as you elevate your energy, as you elevate literally your protonic state, as you calibrate to new emotional states, as you, as you rebalance your nervous system, Which stops dampening your protonic state. I mean, this like constant state of stress and anxiety and overwhelm and frustration that we live in when we're in that burnout pattern shifts our energy, shifts the energy we emit. It shifts our protonic state. I don't even know if that's the right language for it. Actually, I got a reference. Some of my physics friends. My quantum physics friends because I hear them talking about protons a lot and energetic states of protons and the interconnectivity of all protons in the universe y'all not just like earth the universe fascinating and they're interconnected on a quantum scale which means when you shift one proton, you shift all of them. And the more closely related protons are, the stronger that connection, right? Which is, which is why, right, mothers and children have a special bond because their protons are literally coming from our, like, their atoms are literally coming from our bodies. It's so interesting. So I digress, where was I? All of the content, all of the ideas are swirling and it's so exciting to be in my world right now. Um, and the tangents right now are just so there, but my invitation to you ultimately here it is. You're the gift. You are the greatest gift that you can give to this world. I know you think it's your kids. You think it's your body of work. You think it's, but it's, it's actually you, you and your state of being. Is the gift. It's not the doing. It's who you be while you do the do and who you be and what you do determine what we have, like the results are always an expression of our being. And there's an earlier podcast on this if you want to go check it out, right? Like your state of being is your constellation of thoughts and emotions. That's our being. What is our, what is our level of consciousness, essentially. And as we, and we get to expand levels of consciousness, we're meant to, we're designed to, we get to actually work through the nervous system to do it. Phenomenal. Oh my God. So amazing. So amazing. You're so amazing. You're so amazing. The way you've been designed, exquisite intelligence, what you have access to in terms of creating what you want in this life, phenomenal, phenomenal capacity is within you. We train our ability to leverage that capacity. That's it. That's it. So, find somebody to work with, man. Figure it out. Like, find a way to work with your ability to access this innate capacity and your life will change. And you might be discovering right now that the box you're in right now feels tight and you're ready for a new box. Get excited to unbox you. Get excited to examine the belief systems and the thoughts that created this box. And get ridiculously excited about who you want to be. How do you see yourself? Go there. How do you see yourself? And ask yourself the next level version of you, right? The more liberated, expanded, evolved version of you. Who's a little healthier, a little happier, or how, fuck it, go a whole lot healthier, a whole lot happier. A whole lot more abundant and successful, a whole, a whole hell of a lot more expressed and embodied with the divinity that is her, you, right? Go there. What does she think? What does she feel? What does she know? What does she believe? What does she do? What's her morning routine? Does she have one? Does she have one? How does she wake up in the morning? What does she think when she goes to bed? How does she hold herself? How does she breathe? How does she eat? What's her tone of voice? How does she move? These are all really, this is such a fun exercise. Let this exercise be so fun. So what does she do, and what does she not do? But does she not do that? The current you kind of does, right? This is how we shift identity. This is how we shift, right? This combination of intentionality and identity shifting. Ah, so good.
